By accessing, browsing, registering an account, uploading a design, placing an order or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the website or place an order.
1. About M8RCH
M8RCH is a custom merch platform that allows users to create and order personalised clothing and branded apparel. The website may allow users to browse products, create an account, upload logos, artwork or custom designs, personalise selected apparel items, add products to a cart or wishlist, place orders and manage order-related information.
Our products may include, but are not limited to, t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, kids’ clothing and other apparel suitable for custom printing.
M8RCH uses DTG printing technology and may use other suitable printing or fulfilment methods depending on the selected product, artwork, fabric type and production requirements. DTG printing allows full-colour designs to be printed directly onto fabric and is suitable for logos, artwork, text and detailed graphics.
2. Eligibility and Registered User Requirement
Purchases on the M8RCH website are available only to registered users.
To place an order, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your name, email address, billing details, delivery address and any other information required to process your order.
By registering an account or placing an order, you confirm that:
- you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- all information you provide is accurate and complete;
- you will keep your account details secure;
- you will not use the website for illegal, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised purposes.

We are not responsible for failed delivery, production errors or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by you.

You are responsible for selecting the correct product, size, colour, design placement and quantity before completing checkout.
6. Custom Designs and User Content
When you upload or submit any design, logo, image, text, artwork or other content to the M8RCH website, you remain responsible for that content.
By uploading content, you confirm that:
- you own the content or have the legal right to use it;
- the content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, design right, privacy right, publicity right or other third-party right;
- the content is not unlawful, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, threatening or otherwise inappropriate;
- the content does not contain viruses, malware or harmful code;
- the content does not promote illegal activity or restricted goods or services.
You grant M8RCH a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, process, adapt and apply your uploaded content only as necessary to provide the requested service, produce your order, process fulfilment, communicate with you and maintain order records.
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded artwork or designs.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or remove any order or uploaded content if we believe it breaches these Terms, violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights or may harm M8RCH, our partners, suppliers, payment providers or other users.
7. Prohibited Content
You must not upload, create, request or order products containing content that includes or promotes:
- copyrighted or trademarked material that you do not have permission to use;
- counterfeit branding or fake designer logos;
- hate speech, harassment, threats or discriminatory content;
- violent, extremist or terrorist-related content;
- illegal drugs, illegal weapons or unlawful activity;
- sexually explicit or exploitative content;
- defamatory or misleading statements;
- content that violates privacy or publicity rights;
- content that may breach applicable laws or regulations.
M8RCH may refuse to print or fulfil any order that contains prohibited content. If an order is cancelled due to prohibited content, refund eligibility will depend on the stage of production, payment provider rules and applicable law.
8. Orders
An order is placed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation. Receiving an order confirmation does not always mean that your order has been accepted for production.
We reserve the right to review, refuse or cancel an order if:
- payment is not authorised;
- the product is unavailable;
- the design breaches these Terms;
- the order contains incorrect pricing or product information due to a technical error;
- the delivery address is incomplete or restricted;
- the order appears fraudulent, abusive or unlawful;
- we are unable to fulfil the order for legal, technical or operational reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will arrange a refund where required, unless the cancellation is due to user misconduct, prohibited content, chargeback abuse or another reason that allows us to withhold amounts under applicable law.
9. Prices, VAT and Availability
All prices displayed on the M8RCH website include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
The product price shown on the website also includes the standard custom design or personalisation functionality available for that product. This means that the customer can use the website’s available design tools, upload artwork, add text or personalise the selected item as part of the product price.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The final price payable is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Product availability, colours, sizes, delivery options and pricing may vary depending on stock, supplier availability, production capacity, delivery destination and technical limitations.
We may correct pricing errors, product errors or availability errors at any time. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you to confirm whether you want to proceed with the corrected details or cancel the order.
10. Available Currencies
The M8RCH website may display prices in multiple currencies, depending on website settings, customer location and payment provider availability.
Available currencies may include GBP (Pounds Sterling), EUR (Euro), USD (US Dollar), CAD (Canadian Dollar), AED (UAE Dirham), AUD (Australian Dollar), AZN (Azerbaijani Manat), CZK (Czech Koruna), HUF (Hungarian Forint), KZT (Kazakhstani Tenge), MDL (Moldovan Leu), NZD (New Zealand Dollar), PEN (Peruvian Sol), PLN (Polish Złoty), and UZS (Uzbekistani Som).

11. Payment Processing

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree not to make a false, abusive or fraudulent chargeback claim.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or if we believe the chargeback is fraudulent, abusive or unjustified, we reserve the right to:
- suspend or close your account;
- cancel current or future orders;
- refuse future purchases;
- provide order records, delivery proof, communication history, uploaded design details and other relevant evidence to the payment provider or bank;
- recover any costs, fees, losses or administrative expenses caused by the chargeback, where permitted by law.
A chargeback does not automatically cancel your contractual obligations to M8RCH.
14. Production and Fulfilment
Once an order is accepted, it may move into production. Custom printed products are made according to the order details submitted by the user.
Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, design complexity, supplier availability, fulfilment location and seasonal demand.
We aim to process orders efficiently, but production and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
You are responsible for reviewing your design, spelling, logo placement, product selection, colour, size and quantity before placing the order. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
15. Shipping and Delivery
M8RCH may offer delivery to multiple countries, subject to courier availability, legal restrictions and service limitations.
Available shipping options, estimated delivery times and delivery costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs checks, public holidays, incorrect delivery details or circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Full shipping terms are available in our Delivery Policy.
- Returns, Refunds and Custom Products
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy, these Terms and applicable law.
Because many M8RCH products are personalised or custom-made based on user-submitted designs, some items may not be eligible for return or cancellation simply because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size, uploaded the wrong design or entered incorrect order details.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days where stated in our Refund and Returns Policy.
This does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly produced due to our error.
To request a return or refund, you must contact us at [email protected] and provide your order details, a description of the issue and supporting photos where relevant.
Refunds, where approved, will usually be made to the original payment method through the third-party payment provider.
17. User Responsibility for Order Data
You are responsible for all information and data submitted when using the website, including:
- your name;
- email address;
- billing information;
- shipping address;
- uploaded artwork;
- custom text;
- design placement;
- product size;
- product colour;
- quantity;
- any special instructions.
M8RCH is not responsible for errors in an order caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information submitted by you.
If you notice an error after placing an order, you must contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been submitted or entered production.
18. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, product layouts, text, designs, software, icons, images, interface elements and other materials on the M8RCH website are owned by M8RCH or licensed to M8RCH, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, exploit or use any part of the website or its content without our prior written permission.
Your uploaded content remains your responsibility. You must ensure that you have all rights, licences and permissions needed to use and print the uploaded content.
If a third party claims that your uploaded content infringes their rights, you agree to cooperate with us and accept responsibility for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising from your content, where permitted by law.
19. Restricted Countries and Sanctions Compliance
M8RCH does not provide products or services in restricted countries, sanctioned territories, embargoed jurisdictions or locations where providing such products or services would violate applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, payment provider rules or courier restrictions.
We may refuse registration, cancel orders, block transactions or restrict website access where we believe a user, delivery address, billing address, payment method or order is connected to a restricted country, sanctioned person, sanctioned entity or prohibited activity.
We may also refuse to process orders if required by UK sanctions rules, international sanctions, courier restrictions, payment provider requirements or other applicable regulations.
You must not use the website if you are located in, resident in, ordinarily operating from or attempting to deliver products to a country or territory where our services are restricted or prohibited.
You confirm that you are not subject to sanctions and are not acting on behalf of a sanctioned person, entity or restricted organisation.
